Mandatory Credit: Rafael Suanes-Imagn Images The Houston Texans are re-signing right guard Ed Ingram to a three-year, $37.5 million contract, multiple outlets reported Monday.
The deal includes $23.5 million in guarantees, according to ESPN, and keeps the 27-year-old veteran from hitting free agency.
Acquired in a March 2025 trade with Minnesota, Ingram made 14 starts in his first season with Houston. He allowed the 12th-lowest pressure rate among guards with at least 400 pass-blocking snaps, per ESPN's Next Gen Stats.
Ingram's return adds stability to an overhauled offensive line that has already seen two 2025 starters -- tackle Tytus Howard (Browns) and guard Juice Scruggs (Lions) -- traded earlier this month.
A second-round pick by the Vikings in 2022, Ingram has started 55 of his 62 career games. He has played at least 1,000 snaps (including special teams) in three of his four seasons.
